Pre-orders

Up to 10 business days. Subject to partner availability. If unavailable, a full refund is issued. Standard online return rights apply after collection. Mixed orders may be fulfilled separately.

Returns & exchanges

Online orders

You may notify MELAO that you are withdrawing from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days after collecting the item. Eligible items must then be returned to MELAO without undue delay, complete and in the condition resulting from only the handling needed to inspect them.

You may choose an exchange or a refund. Any refund required under the withdrawal right is returned to the original payment method after the item is received and checked.

Purchases made in store

For a change of mind on a purchase completed inside MELAO, unused items in their original condition may be exchanged within 14 days. Cash refunds are not offered for ordinary in-store change-of-mind returns.

This voluntary exchange policy does not limit your legal rights when an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Exceptions & how to return

The online withdrawal right may not apply to perishable food or drinks, personalised or made-to-order goods, or sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening, where the legal exception applies.

Bring the item and proof of purchase to MELAO, Arch. Makarios III Avenue 246, Limassol 3105, or contact hello@melao.cy before returning it.
